Job Summary

As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will lead the sales and business development in your region, with the potential for national responsibilities in the near future.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Head the Regional Sales and Business Development of the company.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap and monitor business goals and milestones.
  • Acquire new customers, and strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct sales pitches, influence, negotiate, and close deals with C-Suite executives and HR Heads of medium to large corporates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree level.
  • Adequate and relevant years of work experience in Corporate/Institutional Sales, Partnerships & Alliances. Experience in concept selling will be preferred.
  • Candidates from Hospitality, FMCG, Healthcare, Industry sales and other service/product-based sales backgrounds will be preferred.
  • Proven track record in Sales & Business Development.
  • Excellent written and oral communication / presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace Tools.

Salary and Compensation:

  • CTC: Up to 24 Lakhs p.a. including performance based component, and rewards and incentives for higher achievements.
