This position will report in to Lead- Market access and Policy advocacy, Roche Diagnostics India and Neighbouring countries.
Your Opportunity:
This position will comprehensively manage new access through policy shaping, market development initiatives along with healthcare advocacy & public private partnerships for better patient outcomes in the assigned region. Role has significant influence over commercial priorities as a growth levers for an organization. This will also enter into/execute commercial judgement especially while planning & executing public private partnerships, value based contracting, health economic models for Roche diagnostics portfolio.
You will be responsible for
- Developing integrated market access, payer strategies and solutions to deliver the product/solution value to payers to create the patient access opportunities. You will perform Diagnostics-economic analysis and health outcome analysis. You will prepare for reimbursement submission - dossier preparation, data gap analysis and identify the solution for minimizing the gap
- Working with internal stakeholders and market access stakeholders to understand and inform strategic objectives in specified disease areas affected by public policy. Identifying obstacles and opportunities arising from the intersection of statue and regulation with clinical development decisions and product profiles
- You will translate policy developments into meaningful guidance and strategic advice in support of portfolio-wide and program-specific goals
- Managing a specific set of projects related to go-to-market roadmaps and strategic partnership plans with clear milestones
- Understanding of commercial and government payer landscape, including reimbursement trends, to anticipate and adjust for potential changes in objectives and goals
- Establishing strong relationships with market access stakeholders (Ministry of Health, Non-Government Organizations and Key Opinion Leaders), as well as participate Market Access initiatives/projects within region/global to represent the local organization and contribute
- Building strong relationships, identify and establish partnerships with stakeholders in public affairs projects (development and sustainability through engagement and communication plans), Design and deliver best in class patient access solution, partnering with commercial teams and different payers to identify patient access opportunities
- Ensuring full compliance within the responsibility area according to Roche and local compliance guidelines
Who You Are
You should hold a relevant Post-graduate degree required, MBA / MHA/ MPH / Masters in Public policy or equivalent . You should have minimum 5 years of experience in health development sector, market access or Large Government account commercial lead roles
