Required skills and qualifications.

Relevant degree within Engineering / Business Experience from similar role of 7-10 years coupled with broad experience of Aftermarket business within engineered rotating products viz. Fans , Blowers etc and in managing sales in Cement General Industries
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and Internet search methods
Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR
Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
Analyses the effectiveness of recruitment techniques

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager shall drive business growth and profitability for Fans After Market Segment within the region which comprises mainly new machines, Spares, Retrofits, Services / Annual Maintenance Contracts / Long Term Service Agreements, Repairs and digital solution.
Proactive management of the customer base to obtain customer RFQ s, to position Howden as a preferred supplier and to drive profitable growth of bookings.
Promote / Market Howden Products Solutions to existing as well as develop new customers / markets.
Communicate Market Expectations from End-users as well as competitors / other OEM s information define the strategy to increase the penetration.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.
Development, improvement and monitoring of Funnel and Order Conversion Ensure Regular visits to Customers Review New Enquiry Generation. Identify the Key Accounts and allocate the same within the team.
Ensure On time response to customer RFQ, TQC and others. Ensure SOX Processes are followed and accuracy of data in the CRM system is maintained.
Clearly communicate the Expectations provide timely Reports via regular review calls.
Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other designations.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in developing End customer.
Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
Preferably from Cement Industry experience.
