Referral Specialist

About us

We are Shridhar LifeSchool, an organization that helps people with relationship issues through therapy. We often receive requests that are outside of our services, and we believe others may be in the same situation. We are looking for someone to help us partner with other organizations, divorce lawyers, and institutes to exchange referrals. When they have cases they can't handle, they refer them to us, and we do the same for them.

Position: Referral Program Coordinator / Referral Specialist

Location: Remote (Delhi preferred, but open to candidates from anywhere)

Your Role:

• Build relationships with other organizations and professionals.
• Set up a system to exchange referrals between Shridhar LifeSchool and other services.
• Communicate with partners and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Keeping a feedback loop with which referral is handling clients better and finding ways to promote them, as we would expect them to promote us as well.

Requirements:

• MBA in Sales and Marketing
• Some experience working with partnerships or collaborations
• Good communication skills
• Must have a laptop and phone
• Energetic and self-driven
