Job Overview
The Reference Check Coordinator will support the Global Recruiting Organization and will be responsible for gathering reference information from candidates and conducting reference verifications. This person will be updating the database following standard operating procedures and privacy regulations to allow optimum productivity and highest quality service. This position reports to the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Operations and Programs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze incoming candidate data for completion, identify discrepancies, and initiate missing information procedure in order to update the candidate/client on additional information needed to proceed with the file
- Conduct verifications by contacting references, following standard operating procedures and privacy regulations
- Acquire information to update the internal contact database for faster verification turnaround time and improved overall verification success rate
- Ability to complete tasks assigned, while following internal processes and adhering to deadlines
- Work individually or as part of a team to complete deliverables
- High level of integrity and confidentiality to support the critical nature of the Global Recruiting Team
- Adhoc tasks as they arise, which may include support in other regions the company operates in
Skills
- Effective English communication skills (Written and Oral)
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to details
- Have analytical and organizational skills
- Have a comfort level with Zoom Phone to communicate globally
Compensation
Estimated Pay Range: Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
