Job Description
In-depth knowledge of various AML/KYC LOB's
e.g. Sanction Screening & Transaction Monitoring.
People Management - Lead a team of 15-25 resources, manage internal & external stakeholders, Drive performance to meet SLA, Act as SME for Analysts, identify process gaps and take initiatives for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
ACAMS Certification Preferred.
