Job Description
You will be responsible to help the business unit through innovative new solutions for the client's business operations focused on driving cost efficiency, revenue generation and other client business outcomes
- You will be responsible to manage the current account operations digital quotient. This will involve creating detailed process maps, process entitlement studies, finding the right white spaces where Digital levers can be applied and create a strong transformation roadmap
- Work collaboratively with the technology and product teams to identify the right technology solutions fit for the transformation roadmap and plan created for your accounts and then work on creating a business case with right outcomes and benefits aligned
- Engagement with client senior leadership to present your roadmap and engage in a co-creation-based implementation of the identified solutions
- You will be responsible to drive the contractual transformation KPI's committed to the client organizations through your teams effort and manage the overall program to deliver the right benefits within the factored timeframe.
- Engage in the transformation solution creation process for new business along with the sales and pre-sales team and defend the transformation levers and solutions best fit to meet the business case
- Creation of a commercial construct for process transformation proposals and commercial negotiations with the customers leading up-to contract closure Based on the roadmap anchoring the RFP response where required and supporting the detailed solution run-through
- As Automation evolves into a strategic enabler convey to our customers the components of RPA & Cognition, ecosystem around RPA & Cognition (organization structure, governance model, RACI matrix, roles required, evaluation matrix for processes) and enable integration with BPM, platforms and other point solutions
- Undertake process due-diligence and work as a trusted advisory to internal and external stakeholder on building an ecosystem of transformation.
- Evaluate new technologies for the domain expertise and work with alliance teams for on-boarding Performance Measure
- Contractual Digital KPI's e.g., Productivity improvement, cycle time improvement, cost reduction etc.
- Overall Digital and Consulting revenues for the business unit
- Digital Maturity of the accounts in your business unit
- Customer engagement and RFX closures within stipulated timeframe Multiple stakeholder management and ensuring scalability pan WNS
Qualifications
MBA from a premier institute would be preferred
- Strong experience in Insurance domain
- Strong understanding of Digital Levers and Solutions in the Ins space and a working knowledge of how using these levers a strong Digital Transformation program is delivered Consulting Experience leading customer conversations with expertise in Ins would be preferred
