Position Overview:

As a Full Stack Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of software development projects involving both front-end and back-end components. Your role will encompass project planning, execution, and closure, while managing cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, all while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Excellent project management skills with a strong ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects.

Strong technical understanding of full stack development processes and technologies.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, designers, and QA engineers.

Facilitate regular team meetings, track progress, and address any issues or roadblocks.

Mentor and support team members to achieve their goals and enhance their skills.

Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.

Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Desired Candidate:

Proven experience (7+ years) as a Project Manager in software development with a focus on full stack projects.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Ruby on Rails, databases like MySQL, MongoDB).

Experience managing both front-end and back-end development teams.

Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
