Job Description
This position is independently responsible for timely and compliant task management for multiple scheduled and unscheduled, recurring deliverables. This role will be responsible for following established job aides, communicating with partners, updating workflow tasks and executing according to established timelines. This role will adhere to branding/styling guidelines, seek required approvals, update/publish material content across various publishing sites (internet, intranet, extranet, etc.) and utilize templated communication deliverables via the email marketing tool. As needed, this role will provide back-up support to other WMS AmpI teams and support other projects as requested by leader.
Accountabilities
REVIEW/PREPARE CONTENT AND GAIN APPROVAL This role follows clearly established job aides. Related to preparing and approving content - updates should utilize required branding, style guidelines and disclosures. Approvals should utilize the documented reviewers and approvers and approval system best practices.
EXECUTE DELIVERABLES This role follows clearly established job aides and procedures. Related to delivery, follow processes to publish content to directed host site (internet, intranet, extranet, etc.) or to email communications via the email marketing tool.
TASK MANAGEMENT This role supports a calendared, pre-defined workload through assigned tasks in our workflow tool. Leveraging job aides and procedures, this role independently and proactively supports assigned tasks, updates tasks real-time, and interacts efficiently and effectively with internal and external partners to ensure consistently compliant and on-time delivery of high-quality content.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree required with 5-7 years marketing, communications or other related support experience.
Commitment to following established job aides, policies, deliverable prioritization and service agreements. Confident to raise concerns and seek guidance when priority is unclear or assistance is needed to meet service timelines.
Proficiency with software including MS Office & Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Exceptional task management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated professionalism, self-motivation, highly accountability, and strong teamwork orientation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience applying corporate brand and style guidelines.
Preferred Skills
Experience using current tools including: approval tool AdTrax, workflow tool, WorkFront, and/or marketing email tool, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of Ameriprise internal partners and processes.
Knowledge of financial products and services.
