Job Summary:

Sri Sai Overseas Recruitments specializes in providing overseas recruitment services with a focus on oil and gas, engineering, and other technical industries across the Middle East and Europe. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and oversee our recruitment processes, particularly for large-scale blue-collar hiring campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of agents and contractors, coupled with expertise in oil and gas recruitment for international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients in the Middle East and Europe.
• Design and execute mass recruitment campaigns, specifically for blue-collar positions in the oil and gas sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, contractors, and recruitment networks to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their manpower needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Supervise a team of recruiters, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery of recruitment projects.
• Oversee compliance with international hiring regulations, visa processes, and documentation for overseas employment.
• Monitor industry trends to identify and anticipate recruitment needs within target markets.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for internal and client use.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years focusing on oil and gas sectors and international hiring.
• Expertise: Proven track record in blue-collar hiring and managing large-scale recruitment drives.
• Strong network of agents and contractors for bulk recruitment.
• Knowledge of international labor laws and visa requirements, particularly for the Middle East and Europe.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tools and platforms for sourcing candidates internationally.
• Fluency in English and additional languages commonly spoken in the Gulf region is a plus.
