Expanding our footprint in south-east Asia, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced
SAP Recruitment Stream Lead to join our team.
Having a hands-on mentality and being a
valuedadvisor to the business, our new colleague will set up a new area within SAP recruitment and execute daily tasks, connected with it.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top SAP talent
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create tailored plans
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels to connect with potential candidates
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communications
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Manage offer acceptance process for successful candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP recruitment
- Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives as needed
Your Skills and Experience:
- Positive, proactive attitude with a drive to succeed
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Autonomous working style with strong prioritization skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity in problem-solving
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Desire for continuous learning and improvement
- International exposure and keen interest in global best practices
- Minimum 5 years of IT/SAP recruitment experience
- Ability to travel if the position requires (career events, company meeting, etc.)
