Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods
- Experience in using job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools for candidate attraction
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sound understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Certifications in recruitment or human resources will be considered a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Understanding client requirements and developing recruitment strategies to fulfill staffing needs
- Posting job advertisements on various platforms and utilizing social media to attract potential candidates
- Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates through referrals, networking events, and online platforms
- Evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Preparing and presenting recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights
- Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal developments in recruitment and employment
