Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in International Recruitment to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global talent acquisition, specifically in relocating Indian professionals to the USA. This role requires extensive knowledge of international HR practices, visa processes, and a passion for building a diverse and talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Recruitment:
- Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent from India for positions in the USA.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Visa and Immigration Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the visa application process (e.g., H-1B, L-1 visas) for employees relocating to the USA.
- Ensure compliance with all immigration laws and regulations.
- Relocation Support:
- Coordinate relocation logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and assimilation support.
- Provide guidance to employees on cultural adaptation and integration into the new work environment.
- HR Compliance:
- Ensure all HR activities comply with local and international labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all international assignments and employee documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with US-based HR teams to align recruitment strategies and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on international recruitment and relocation.
- Proven experience in moving Indian professionals to the USA, including handling visa processes and compliance.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of US immigration laws and visa application processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to facilitate cultural integration.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and recruitment software.
