Roles & Responsibility :-

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Interview Scheduling and Follow up
• Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Candidate management through software.
