We are hiring for the Role of Recruitment Specialist for both our Indore and Bhopal offices

Role: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Bhopal, Work from Office - Indore or Bhopal (M.P.)

Shift Timings: 6 pm to 3.30 am IST ( Permanent Night shifts )

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Mastery: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring top talent acquisition from sourcing to onboarding.
• Targeted Talent Acquisition: Strategically identify and engage with candidates who perfectly match our company's requirements.
• Screening & Selection: Execute detailed screenings and telephonic interviews, ensuring only the best fit.
• Database Management: Maintain a well-organized, up-to-date database of all candidate profiles.

Qualifications

• Proven 4+ Years experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role at a senior / top level within a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good experience of working in a team.
• Must have hands-on experience into ATS / Job portals.
• Must have excellent communication and Presentation skills.
