As the Recruitment Specialist , you will:
  • Use the online/offline recruiting tools & techniques.
  • Do background & reference checks.
  • Cold-call potential candidates.
  • Prepare JDs and post them online.
  • Maintain a database of promising candidates.
  • Provide support to Head-Recruitment in all recruitment-related functions.
