Role Description
We seek a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Udaipur. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, boost employee engagement, and support HR functions to build and retain a talented team of digital marketing professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Job Descriptions & Postings: Craft compelling and accurate job descriptions tailored to specific positions and ensure maximum visibility across job boards and platforms.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition and are set up for success.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to promote a positive and collaborative work environment, including team-building activities and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Policy Development: Support the creation and enforcement of HR policies in alignment with company objectives and local regulations.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition within the digital marketing space.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and retention rates.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in HR or recruitment roles, preferably in digital marketing or tech industries.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the talent pool and recruitment landscape in Udaipur or similar Tier-2 cities.
