Position Mission:The candidate is required to understand the
Client expectation and requirement
Delivering the candidate at the right time and cost to the client
Delivering daily and weekly reports to the client
Adhering to process
Role and Responsibilities:Reviewing large number of resumes or curriculum vitae
Sourcing through job fairs, job seminars and engaging in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc., to get the right candidate
Screening the appropriate resumes, in accordance with the JD from the client for their professional and personal qualifications
Conducting interviews (over the phone/ virtual) to determine the matching Skillsets/qualities before submitting them to the hiring manager or key interview panel
Aid in coordinating interviews with higher management
Carrying out pre-employment tests like medical test, intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, compliance documentation etc.
Working as per defined process and recruitment strategies of the organization/client/project
Ideate new approaches towards developing better recruitment methodologies
Arranging several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, job vacancy journals, etc.
Keeping up with healthcare job market trends
Qualification:The minimum educational qualification required to become a healthcare recruiter is a bachelor's degree in any stream.

Ability to meet timelines and work promises
Ability to understand and analyze/evaluate people
Well organized, detail oriented and confident personality

Physical Demands:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities (Based on requirement)
Other Key Information's:Healthcare recruiters must have a positive attitude, patience, and dedication. This position does not necessarily require healthcare experience although healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
Key Points to note:
Training of 13 weeks includes (5 weeks of Classroom Training & 8 Weeks of On-the-Job Training)
Job Timings:12:30- 10:00Pm and 1:30- 11:00Pm.
Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
You will be working on any one Saturday in a month as a part of your Work Rotation
This is a 100% on-site role, and you'll be working from our Ahmedabad Office
Holiday Calendar: You will be following the UK Holiday Calendar
In the initial six months of training, no preplanned or immediate/unplanned/last minute leaves will be granted
