Recruitment Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruitment Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. The specialist will work closely with recruitment companies in various sectors, providing 360, 180, and single operational services from sourcing to compliance.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
