Job Descriptionfor Recruitment Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social sector/CSR hiring and a proven track record of successfully filling various positions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications for open positions
- Conduct thorough and targeted searches to identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history
- Make recommendations to hiring managers regarding suitable candidates for further consideration
- Negotiate job offers and present them to selected candidates
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social impact hiring in Odisha.
- Proficiency in Odia language is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully filling various positions at different levels within an organization
- Strong knowledge of hiring for Engineering, Sales and other non technical roles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
