Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. The day-to-day tasks include sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, screening resumes, coordinating with clients, and providing assistance in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience is preferred
• Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in training and development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the KPO industry is a plus
