Handling recruitment junior to senior level
Excellent knowledge & hands on experience in different job platforms e.g. Naukri, Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Facebook
Identify suitable candidate via networking, referrals, headhunting and advertising
Presenting the opportunity to the candidate and analyzing the candidate credentials for the position
Coordinate the entire recruitment process with the client in an efficient manner while ensuring maximum client satisfaction
Strong interpersonal and communication (Both Verbal & Written)
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience Required
