DriverShaab is a tech-enabled on-demand driver aggregator platform. We provide personal car drivers to individual car owners via the DriverShaab app. Additionally, we offer PAN India level B2B driver services to corporate and logistics companies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist at DriverShaab, located in Kukatpalli. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring, interviewing, and recruiting for Blue collar i.e. hiring different types of Driver Partners
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in training
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in the tech or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

CTC - Rs. 2.5 Lakhs/annum to Rs. 3.2 lakhs/annum
