Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Recruiter (Female Candidate Only)
  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various positions across multiple industries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Must have experience in various recruitment portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates, following company guidelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, including metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hard-to-fill roles and/or niche industries.
Proven ability to effectively source and engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build connection with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
