Position: Senior HR Recruiter
Location: Bangalore
CTC - up 8 Lakhs + Benefits
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for various roles, focusing on attracting top talent in the education and edutech sectors.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the education or edutech industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
