Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

• Identify, engage, and source potential candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs, culture, and team dynamics. Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the recruitment process.

Job Posting & Advertising:

• Write and post engaging job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and the company website to attract qualified candidates.

Screening & Interviewing:

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client roles. Provide feedback to both candidates and clients in a timely manner.

Talent Pool Development:

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates.

Candidate & Client Support:

Advise candidates on their career paths and assist with interview preparation, salary expectations, and offer negotiations. Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure they are satisfied with the recruitment process and final hires.

Job Offer & Onboarding Coordination:

Facilitate job offers, coordinate pre-employment checks, and ensure a smooth transition for candidates from offer to onboarding.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry-specific hiring needs to offer strategic advice to clients.

Compliance:

Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with employment laws, data protection regulations, and industry standards.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, feedback, and placements. Generate reports for internal tracking and client updates.
