About Accurate : Accurate India is a Technocrat organization in the field of Measurement for the past 60 years and import substitute manufacturer of High Precision Inspection & Quality Equipments/Machines like 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine, 3D Scanner, High End Custom Gauging Systems, Digitalisation in 3rd party Inspection with Quality 4.0as well as knowledge sharing Measurement Training Programs.

Accurate is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to connect with potential employees. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to ensure the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

Onboarding:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and their roles.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong communication and rapport with potential and hired employees.
  • Build a network of candidates through proactive engagement.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and present insights to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Fresher Or Experienced 1 to 2 Years
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Soft-spoken with a persuasive yet empathetic approach.
  • Ability to connect and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
