Recruitment Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITY: -

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
• Source potential IT & Non IT candidates through online channels (e.g., Various job portals, social platforms).
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.
• Maintain candidate databases and keep detailed records of candidate interactions.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and thorough candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in the negotiation of employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
