Job Title: Real Estate HR Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Specialist who has 3 - 4 years experience in real estate to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing various human resource functions to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  4. Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  5. Administer employee benefits programs and act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
  6. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Handle employee relations issues in a professional and confidential manner, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  9. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and policies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrable four years or more of experience in HR positions, ideally limited to the real estate sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  6. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  9. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
