• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Proven experience (0-1 years) as a sourcing executive or recruiter or similar role in [industry/niche].
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in using recruiting software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
