About The Role
We are looking for a highly professional and experienced recruitment partner at Moove to serve as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing end-to-end recruitment support. They are responsible for understanding the talent needs of various departments, developing recruitment strategies, and executing sourcing and selection processes. The recruitment partner will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external networks to attract top talent, while also ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and regulations. Their goal is to effectively identify, engage, and onboard qualified candidates who align with Moove's values and objectives, contributing to the company's growth and success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and Implement the recruitment strategy for their respective business area.
- Business Partnering with hiring managers to coach teams and individuals to hiring success
- Contribute to operational effectiveness of the wider Recruitment team through innovation and continuous improvement
- Owner and/ lead on key Recruitment projects to create additional stakeholder value
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Keeping data accurate in the ATS.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company's reputation as best place to work
What You Will Need For This Position
- Significant experience as a Recruitment leader in a fast paced start-up / scaleup environment or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence decision makers
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Broader awareness of People/HR best practices
- Advanced knowledge of a variety of selection and assessment processes
- High degree of familiarity with a range applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems
- Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools is advantageous
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn for hiring
