About the Role:
During this 6 month training program, you'll gain hands-on experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle while supporting business operations, marketing, and client outreach. High-performing trainees will be considered for full-time roles with profit-sharing benefits!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract candidates.

Source, screen, and schedule candidates interview with the hiring manager, ensuring smooth communication.

2. Marketing & Outreach:

Assist in developing recruitment marketing content (job ads, social media posts, newsletters).

Support client and talent outreach campaigns to increase engagement.

3. Candidate Experience:

Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback for process improvements.

4. Administrative Tasks:

Maintain recruitment records, manage reports, and assist with document preparation.

Assist in preparing and sending offer letters, rejection emails, and other recruitment-related communications.

Who Can Apply

Final-year students or graduates of MBA, BBA, or B.Com programs

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Detail-oriented and proactive individuals
