Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and hiring skilled trades and production workers for our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Source and attract top talent for skilled trades and production roles
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screening and Selection:
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and fit for manufacturing roles
- Hiring and Onboarding:
- Extend job offers and negotiate salaries
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding process
- Relationship Building:
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and production supervisors
- Understand manufacturing operations and hiring needs
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- 2+ years of Experience with Blue Collar Recruitment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations
- Certification in recruitment or HR
