Main Responsibilities:
To support the Account Manager and Senior Recruitment Officer based in Delhi for the Bangor University account at In-country in the rollout of In-country s strategy to deliver the student recruitment goals for the University, in line with the company s services to the University
To attend education exhibitions to meet with potential Bangor University applicants and guide them on the University s courses and entry requirements
Engaging with offer holders and potential students via telephone and email outreach campaigns.
Creating opportunities for Bangor University to develop university partners in India by way of researching potential partners and introducing those potential partners to Bangor University
Support Departmental visits to India by University officials by organizing in-country recruitment activities and providing logistical support for travelling staff
Supporting the collection of data from events and agents, while ensuring compliance with GDPR in the storage and transfer of information between In-country and Bangor University. Responsible for accurately documenting leads obtained from events onto In-countrys leads monitoring sheet, and subsequently following up on these leads to convert inquiries into applications and offers into acceptances for Bangor University.
Undertaking market research and providing market intelligence on the Indian market to the wider International Recruitment Team based in Wales to support the wider marketing and communications strategy of the university
Identifying and targeting schools across India to increase the brand visibility of the University
Attend education events across India to engage with agents, and school counsellors and deliver sessions for students to increase interest in the University s UG programmes
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate from a reputable university in the UK, abroad, or a distinguished institution in India
Minimum 2 years of experience within the International Education Recruitment space in India
Working knowledge of, and experience in, the assigned region(s)
Excellent communication skills with fluent use of English and local languages in speaking and writing across diverse communication methods
Acute attention to detail and results-oriented
Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities/projects
Data handling skills with the ability to analyse large data sets. This includes the use of Microsoft Office applications
Professional attitude with the ability to engage with and establish a good working relationship across all levels, including internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision both as part of a team or independently
IT literacy with the use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and comfortable with using back-end applications, and CRM systems.
