- Recruitment: Lead in the field of Technology, Real Estate Capital Markets and Home Loan Sales.
- Screen and review resume against specific requirements, schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates.
- Engage in background verification for shortlisted candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written, presentation, analytical and interpersonal communications skills.
- Recruiting Experience including selling our company, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, negotiating salary a must.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet given timelines.
