Drive the P&L for the designated business vertical in Talent Consulting
Lead a team of Talent Consultants to the successful accomplishment of goals
Mentor, coach and train team members for desired efficiencies and productivity
Provide strategic inputs and direction for business and process improvements
Acquire new clients through Business Development. Generate repeat business through high
quality client servicing and client engagement initiatives
Engage with clients at desired frequency to deliver on superior results and ensure repeat
business and loyalty
