Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring experience.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 35 years.
  • High School (+2) or Degree qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
