Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Recruitment Manager. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies. The Recruitment Manager will also oversee onboarding processes, maintain recruitment data, and ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+years Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• Salary Range starts from 5LPA to 7LPA
