Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager at Nikkou Logistics Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies. The Recruitment Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 2years Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and stakeholders
• Sound understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus
