- Team Management:
- Peoples Management Experience
Good team leader and team builder.- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team.
Allocate tasks and manage team performance to achieve recruitment goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities for recruitment team members.
Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence.- Must possess good email etiquettes.
- Recruitment:
- Experience in complete Life cycle of Recruitment.
Hands-on training for recruitment team-members.
- Prioritize work and review it with recruiters.
Handling requirements at all levels irrespective of technology.- Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the IT industry.
Thorough knowledge of accessing Job portals.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Point of contact for the recruitment team with onsite Managers.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Set performance targets for the team and regularly monitor progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree or Related.
Very good communication skills.
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Recruitment
