Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of the textile industry, particularly in the trade of yarns, fabrics, and garments. The Recruitment Manager will collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the company, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
- Talent Replacement: It involves the proactive and strategic approach to identifying, developing, and placing new talent in key positions to maintain operational continuity and foster innovation.
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and industry standards.
- Develop Recruitment Procedure : An effective recruitment procedure ensures that the company attracts, evaluates, and hires the best candidates for its diverse roles. This includes Analysing, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Shortlisting, Assesing, Evaluating and finally Decision Making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and senior management to understand staffing requirements and provide timely recruitment solutions.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the textile industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the textile industry, particularly in the trade of yarns, fabrics, and garments.
