Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with an engineering background to lead our Bangalore recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of recruiting experience, including leadership roles, and will develop effective recruitment strategies, manage the team, and ensure successful talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies; analyze market trends; forecast hiring needs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop recruiters; set goals; foster a collaborative culture.
- Talent Sourcing: Oversee active sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms; manage mass mailing and job posting campaigns.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers; align recruitment with organizational goals; report to senior leadership.
- Process Improvement: Enhance recruitment processes; ensure legal compliance; maintain ATS accuracy.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics; prepare reports; use data for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Good Academic Background, MBA Preferred.
- 12-15 years of recruiting experience, including leadership roles (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in recruitment strategies and platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
