We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing staffing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the staffing industry or insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and project requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines in collaboration with recruiters and payroll team.
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating client interviews.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project goals are met.
- Mentor and provide guidance to executives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 5 Years in project management, preferably within the staffing industry or insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
