What is the work
- Full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Proactively identify and source qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and industry associations.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess their alignment with the company's culture and requirements.
- Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates technical skills, behavioral competencies, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing pipeline of potential candidates.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Contribute to the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
What skills and experience are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Knowledge of IT recruitment.
- Good communication skills (Hindi and English), both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
