Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment team in various aspects of the hiring process. You will assist with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining the applicant tracking system, and providing a positive candidate experience. This internship will provide valuable insights into the recruitment process and the opportunity to develop key skills in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress.
Assist with the preparation and posting of job descriptions and advertisements.
Participate in recruitment events and career fairs as needed.
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and special projects.
Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing MBA or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 65% above throughout out academic career.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
