Job Title: Recruitment Intern - B2B Department

Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Intern in our B2B department, you will assist the recruitment team in supporting the hiring needs of our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing Candidates: Use job portals, social media, and other sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
- Screening Profiles: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist suitable candidates for further rounds.
- Managing Client Interactions: Assist in maintaining communication with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Supporting the Recruitment Team: Assist with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualities:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate and client interactions.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients to foster positive relationships.
- Basic Knowledge of Recruitment Processes: Familiarity with screening, interviewing, and recruitment strategies is preferred.
- Familiarity with Job Portals: Experience with job portals and professional networks (such as LinkedIn) is a plus!
