Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquiring the best Talent for the organisation
• Creating a pipeline for Talent
• Using multiple channels including LinkedIn, Portals etc. to get candidates
• Interviewing & Filtering the candidates
• Setting up Interviews with the stakeholders
• Working on rolling out offers
• Onboarding & Handholding

Requirements

• Job is based out of Powai in Mumbai
• This is a Full Time Office Based opportunity (NO Work From Home / Remote / Hybrid)
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment is a MUST
• Joining is Immediate
• Great Communication Skills
• Good Knowledge of English
