Job Description

  • Establish clear recruitment objectives and performance metrics for the team.
  • Conduct training and development programs to improve the team's skill set.
  • Oversee sourcing efforts, including job postings, career fairs, and social media recruiting. ( Through LinkedIn / Indeed )
  • Set standards for screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Establish partnerships with universities, professional associations, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Implement and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand specific talent requirements.
  • Align recruitment strategies with departmental needs to meet organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with HR for on boarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress to the executive team.
