JOB PURPOSE:- The Call Center Recruitment Head will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy to attract and hire qualified call center agents. This includes overseeing the recruitment team, planning, and implementing effective recruiting processes and tools, managing candidate sourcing, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to fill call center positions in a timely manner.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the recruitment team, ensuring clear goals and accountability.
- Collaborate with call center management to understand specific hiring needs and departmental nuances.
- Source candidates through most cost-efficient channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, campus hiring, apprenticeship programs etc.
- Implement and maintain recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay abreast of recruitment trends and continuously innovate the recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Negotiate offers, carry out background checks, and finalize the hiring process.
- Develop and manage a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory concerns related to recruitment and hiring.
OPERATING ENVIRONMENT:- Office setting with standard working hours, with the requirement to work extra hours during peak recruitment periods.
Occasional travel to job fairs, college campus and networking events may be required.
Qualification And Experience
Educational Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- Proven experience as a recruitment manager or similar role, preferably in a call center or high-volume hiring environment.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
- Ability to strategize and implement high-level recruitment initiatives.
- In-depth understanding of the entire recruitment process.
