Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Head with 2-4 years of experience in job market context of India to lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for various roles across multiple industries and a strong understanding of the Indian job market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in various industries
- Lead the recruitment team to ensure timely and effective hiring of candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their hiring needs and provide guidance on the hiring process
- Maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting agencies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Indian job market
- Experience in hiring for various roles across multiple industries
- Strong understanding of the Indian job market and recruitment trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
